Become a Vendor at our Next Artisan Show
Interested in participating as an artisan vendor at our next show?

Please respond with the following information:
- Your name and company name
- List and describe the items you intend to sell.
- Attach pictures of items, including one of you creating the items.
- Indicate the first show you would like to participate in.
Application Process:
Not all inquiries are guaranteed entry to the show. If you are selected, a vendor application and insurance requirements will be sent to you. Completed applications will then be sent to the City of San Antonio to be vetted for final approval.
The application process takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on the time of year. You will be notified of the final decision by email. (This is a one-time application process. Upon approval, your application will be good for one year.)
If selected to participate, you will receive further instructions to finalize your placement at the show.
Please Note: Consumable products are not permitted to be sold at the show per city regulations. This includes any pre-packaged or cooked products. Any approved vendor caught doing so will be ejected from the show and not allowed to reapply.
