Downtown River Walk

For a less busy part of the River Walk, head north to the Museum Reach, where it connects with the old Pearl Brewery, Brackenridge Park, Witte Museum, and the San Antonio Museum of Art. The Museum Reach invites you to explore a serene riverine world adorned with art, museums, and lush greenery.

Mission Reach

Or head south to the Mission Reach, where the River Walk was extended for 8 miles, connecting four missions to create San Antonio Missions National Historical Park, a UNESCO World Heritage-designated site (the first and only in Texas!) The Mission Reach transforms the river into a vibrant ecosystem.
