LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio Halloween

Get ready for a month of spooktacular excitement along the River Walk! From enchanting celebrations to thrilling family adventures, October is packed with events you won’t want to miss.

If you’re visiting San Antonio with the kids, check out Legoland Discovery Center’s Brick or Treat Monster Party happening in October. The event features a Monster Hunt, a Halloween build activity, and a LEGO Pumpkin Patch (+ so much more)!

If you prefer a more haunting adventure, take a Go Rio Cruise Ghost Tour. Hair-raising fun for all ages, experience haunted tales and folklore, all while you cruise down the River Walk! Lastly, if you head north to the Museum Reach section, stop by Historic Pearl for some epic-themed trivia nights and Movie Mondays (Halloween-themed, of course), and head south to the Mission Reach section and enjoy a FREE Hauntings Storytelling Concert.

Exploring San Antonio in October with a group of 21+? Our first recommendation is to stop by Thirsty Aztec, where they are brewing tasty libations. The Haunted Margaritas are to die for, and if you hold on to your cup, you’ll receive some scary discounted refills!

Stop by the Southtown Arts District, where Brick at Blue Star (located along the Mission Reach) is located, for a showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. This interactive showcase will feature a costume contest, swag bags + so much more!

Lastly, visit the Thompson Hotel’s bar, The Moon’s Daughter, for a magical pop-up experience on Halloween weekend. Its Willy Wonka Halloween party will feature themed decor, candy dessert, specialty cocktails, a live DJ, and a costume contest.

Alongside delicious haunting drink flights at Halcyon, there are quite a few Halloween happenings you won’t want to miss that feature good eats + drinks:

Midnight at the Masquerade Murder Mystery Event | Oct. 21 | Marriot River Walk |  It’s up to you to determine which partygoer is guilty, bring this crime to justice, and save the party! Includes a three-course plated meal.

Halloween Bar Crawl | Oct. 28 | A spine-tingling evening featuring food, drinks, good times, and plenty of opportunities for trick-or-treating the night away, bar to bar, of course.

Halloween Masquerade Soiree | Oct. 31 | Zocca at Westin River Walk | The Prisoner Wine Company invites you to a wicked experience delighting the senses and palate through wine and food.

Day of the Dead Dinner | Oct. 27 | Join Brenner’s on the River Walk for a 5 course “Day of the Dead” inspired menu paired with delicious cocktails.
