Come join the Paseo del Rio Association, the San Antonio River Authority and the Bat Conservation International in an exciting and educational adventure. Every Tuesday night, from July 9th- August 13th, guided bat tours are hosted at the river level where a series of informative lectures are given and bats can be seen emerging from under the I-35 bridge during dusk for their nightly insect hunt. This event is FREE and open to the public in an attempt to raise awareness and importance on these creatures in our ecosystem, so bring your lawn chairs and blankets and get ready to experience some of nature’s most interesting animals!

The Bud Light Taste of the River Walk

River Walk Lucky Duck Race

20,000 Rubber Ducks will race down the San Antonio River! Only $5 to adopt a duck! Proceeds benefit the "Hire Haven" Job Training program at Haven for Hope, a transformational homeless campus in downtown San Antonio.

Ford Holiday River Parade & Lighting Ceremony

For over 30 years, this spectacular one-hour parade along San Antonio's River Walk has featured illuminated floats with celebrities, bands and lavishly-costumed participants. The parade goes on RAIN OR SHINE. Children 3 years of age or older will need a ticket.

Warmly glowing candles in sand-filled bags line the walkways to symbolically mark the "lighting of the way" for the Holy Family.
