Luke San Antonio
San Antonio is now home to acclaimed Chef John Besh's restaurant, Lüke. The casual chic restaurant features a menu of authentic Old World cuisine, combining classic German and French cooking techniques served in a warm and inviting space of stylish vintage interior, rightly situated in San Antonio's popular downtown district.
At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Steven McHugh, long-time chef of the Besh restaurant family and former Executive Chef of Besh’s famed Restaurant August in New Orleans. Chef McHugh’s evolving menu of bistro specialties includes house-made pâtés and abundant plateaux of cold, fresh seafood, as well as chef-inspired blackboard specials and farm-fresh ingredients, perfectly enticing to the urban diner.
To complement its cuisine, Lüke offers an extensive French, German, and Belgian beer selection, including exclusive house and specialty Texas brews, as well as wines from the Loire, Alsace, and Savoie regions, and Badischerwiens of Germany.
